Exhibit/Vendor Registration: For all vendors who want to exhibit in The Giving Back Celebrations Showcase. The success of this showcase is based on caring vendors who offer an excellent service or product.
It is important you understand and adhere to the Mission Promise and the Vendor Participation Policy.
The Giving Back Celebrations Vendor’s Mission Promise
It is promised … A % stated by vendor will be donated to a non profit organization chosen by the vendor. You are only obligated to donate this % for any sales/bookings that occurred with a client who attended this Giving Back Showcase either at the event or after the event until December 31st 2009 (a later date is optional.) It will be an honor system between the vendor and client to make sure a donation to the Vendor’s Charity was given at time the service was rendered. The % amount and the name of the non-profit Organization will be clearly displayed at your booth. If a vendor does not follow this code of ethics, they will not be able to participate in any future Giving Back Celebrations.
Vendor Participation Policy
- Most importantly...the vendor must honor the Giving Back Mission aspect of the showcase.
- Business must be able to explain what they can offer to attendees in regards to Giving Back Celebrations THEME: Planning/attending a special celebration.
- Only One business per booth allowed.
- Also a limited number of the same type of exhibitor per showcase will be permitted. If your business category has been filled, you will be placed on a waiting list if unable to register.
- Each vendor must also donate a raffle prize NO LATER THAN 9/22/09 that will be a part of our Giving Back Chinese Auction. The value of the prize will determine if it will be separate Grand Prize or placed in a basket with other donations. Grand Prizes can be displayed at vendor’s own table.
This registration includes a covered 6 foot table and two chairs. Electric is limited but available by necessity. Your website link will be advertised on our website. The vendor will be listed on our Event Program map that will be distributed on event day.You are responsible for:
- Table Signage
- Handouts for Attendee Welcome Packet
Fee: $200
Deadline: RECEIVED by 9/30/2009 Only allowing 25 Vendors.
You can submit PayPal payment for your registration online or print the form and mail it with a check.
